HF-100 product family is an ultra-high-finesse reference optical resonator.
Utilizing a proprietary IBS deposition and post-processing technique, we grow ultra-low-loss optical thin films with absorption-scatter loss below 1 ppm on superpolished mirror substrates.
We offer two options for the cavity spacer block, ultra-low-expansion glass and thermally-compensated composite spacer.
